Please welcome our newest Ambassador: Olav Bruin of the Netherlands, bringing our total to 55 dedicated Ambassadors who make up our corps. Thanks to all the WBO Ambassadors for volunteering their time and commitment to help WBO with its mission, and we feel so fortunate for their support.
Olav was a speaker at the 9th WBC in Belgium in 2012, and since has achieved fantastic success as an architect working on exceptional eco-projects around the world. His recent project at Playa Viva in Mexico included working with WBO Ambassador Martin Mortera and WBO Pioneer Jorg Stamm.
Being an accredited architect, Olav has over 10 years of experience in designing and masterplanning resorts, private residences, housing projects and schools, covering several continents in countries like the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mauritius, Surinam and the Caribbean.
He is specialized in tropical architecture, bamboo construction and utilizing local crafts with local sustainable materials that fits symbiotically into their natural surroundings. We welcome him to our family of bamboo Ambassadors!
