EarthDay is our role model for World Bamboo Day = September 18 . Thank you, Denis Hayes, founder of Earth Day in 1970. This is the 50th anniversary of that significant celebration for the environmental movement. Today, bamboo is food, fuel, fiber, timber, habitat, opportunity and it is truly green.
